This personally tailored option offers the high level of flexibility and creativity. 

   

Creating your DVD
a We have  produced  labels and details forms that you can download and print to send us with your video (camera) tapes, CDs and photographs  and payment. We advise using recorded or special delivery but the choice is yours.
a When we receive your parcel we will copy all your selected tape material and your chosen music tracks into digital files on a high capacity portable HDD hard disk drive. The original tapes and other items are then safely stored ready to be returned to you when your DVD has been completed. If you have given us your e-mail address we send you confirmation of the parcels arrival.
a Prior to editing any files that were recorded simultaneously by 2 or more cameras  i.e. the service, speeches etc. are synchronised (the sound and picture from each tape are accurately aligned together).
a  After viewing the contents of the files the full editing will be carried out using the editors technical and creative skills, taking into account any specific requests you have made, still picture images are captured from the video files and your  highlight montage sequence and animated motion title are created.
a Next the Graphic work for your personalised DVD menu’s , disc face and case insert are produced.
a The DVD authoring is the carried out ;-chapter points and menu links are arranged .High quality encoding is set up for your DVD and at the same time for your online calibration montage video sequence if appropriate. ( The encoding usually takes place overnight as it can take several hours).
a After the first DVD has been made the disc face and the case inserts are printed, assembled and posted out to you.
a Once we receive confirmation the DVD has arrived and all is OK, we a will produce and send out any additional DVDs ordered and return all the original items you sent to us.
a Your calibration montage sequence  video will be up loaded to our web site private zone and we will e-mail you confirmation that your parcel has been sent and details of the password for your on line page.
   
 

You can download all the forms and labels you will need to send with your video (camera) tapes,music,photographs and payment details.
