Professional Video to DVD transfer service

 

  • You can download and print or we can send you, labels and information forms to fill out  and send with your video tapes and payment. We advise using recorded or special delivery but the choice is yours.

  • When we receive your parcel we will copy all your tape material into digital files on a high capacity hard disk drive. The original tape(s) are then safely stored ready to be returned to you when your DVD has been completed. If you have given us your e-mail address we send you confirmation of the parcels arrival.

  • Digital enhancing and  editing are carried (dependant on the option you ordered)

  • Your video to DVD transfer will be scheduled to be completed within 10 working days (usually less). Should we  require additional time we will let you know  by email or telephone.

  • Next the Graphic work for the DVD menu’s the disc face and case insert are produced.

  • If appropriate a menu screen is create with links to your Tape tiles and Chapter points and high quality encoding is set up for your DVD  ( the encoding usually takes place overnight as it can take several hours).

  • After the DVD has been made the disc face and the case inserts are printed, assembled and posted out to you. Once we receive confirmation the DVD has arrived and all is OK, we a will send any additional DVDs ordered along with  the original tapes you sent to us. (Standard royal mail, recorded/special delivery depending on your request)

  • If you require your video to be transferred urgently please phone or e-mail and we will try and accommodate you.

 

Additional copies made at the same time as the master DVD for just £5
